Job Specification:     

  • To manage and develop the sales pipeline in Saudi Arabia, ensuring key objectives outlined in the strategic plan are implemented and met to deliver significant growth through multiple routes to market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve plans by ensuring sales forecast and targets are achieved
  • Prepare quotations and submit proposals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage the project lifecycle, from design stage through to completion
  • Utilise existing network to leverage sales opportunities as well as find new contacts and customers to further develop the Kee Safety business
  • Prepare data related to monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and submit to management in a timely manner
  • Upload information into Zoho CRM system and monitor and manage project opportunities through full lifecycle
  • Attend design meetings with engineering and architectural consultants to review project drawings and provide design support and guidance on best practice, in line with international standards and specifications

Education and Experience:

  • Degree education is advantageous
  • Successful sales and/or marketing management experience in a construction, oil and gas, or safety related field is required
  • A good understanding and experience of the Saudi construction market is essential with a high number of senior industry contacts already in place.
  • Proven track record of sales into the commercial, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
  • A working relationship with several of the most prominent architectural and engineering consultants and good understanding of the specification route to market is a necessity
  • A practical working knowledge of the tendering process and an established network already in place with clients, consultants and main contractors required
  • Health and Safety knowledge within the construction industry would be beneficial and working at height training and certification would be advantageous
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks at any one time and to be able to think outside of the box, accept challenges and to deliver results in the required timeframe

Personal Specification:

  • Written English is essential
  • English language is also essential, other languages also advantageous
  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and achieve targets
  • Must be able to work as part of a team but will also be able to work on their own initiative
  • Valid Saudi Arabia driving license
  • Transferable Saudi Visa
